Civil Engineer Manager

We are seeking a technically skilled Principal Civil Engineer to strengthen our Civils team, leading to the delivery of projects and contributing to ongoing growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical leadership in delivering infrastructure design within the housing, commercial, educational, and industrial sectors.
- Organize the timely delivery of projects independently, reporting to Technical Leads.
- Demonstrate a high level of knowledge in using the latest design software.
- Identify learning opportunities and support Junior Staff in their development.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant legislation and have a strong working knowledge of the technical and legal requirements for approval and adoption.
- Contribute to enhancing the Civils Team's reputation within the Welsh Marketplace.
- Empower you to lead and run your own projects using available resources and input into business development and the overall continuing improvement of the Civils Team.
- Allow you to direct your own Career Path with support from Senior Staff and encouragement to set and follow your own Career Goals.
- Develop your professional competencies with approved training schemes with both the ICE (Institution of Civil Engineers) and IStructE (Institute of Structural Engineers).
