Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of store standards, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and satisfied with their shopping experience.
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock replenishment activities to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
