Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our engineering team at Noir.

This role involves leading the team in implementing and maintaining software systems, ensuring that they are modular, efficient, and meet customer needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all software development projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

We require someone with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and grow a high-performing team.

  • Total salary package: £95,000 per annum (inclusive of bonus)
  • Pension: 11%
  • Bonus: typically 20%

  • 27 days holiday
  • Quarterly employee travel coupon
  • Community involvement (4 hours per month to give back to the community)

Based in Cumbria or remote working with occasional travel
