Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team in the Mergers and Acquisitions division. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing tax due diligence processes for M&A transactions, identifying tax risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Tax Due Diligence: Conduct thorough analysis of tax implications, including tax modelling and forecasting, to ensure seamless execution of M&A transactions.
  • Provide Expert Tax Advice: Offer guidance to clients on structuring M&A deals to optimize tax efficiency and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel and financial advisors, to ensure successful execution of M&A transactions.
  • Mentor and Train: Foster the professional growth and development of junior team members.

Requirements
