About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Learning Mentor to join our team at Smile Education in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students with additional needs.

Job Description
  • To provide tailored support to students, enabling them to achieve their academic goals.
  • To develop strong relationships with teachers and students, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and parents.
  • To stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices in special educational needs.
  • To contribute to the planning and implementation of individualized education plans.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, with the successful candidate working approximately 15 hours per week. The salary for this role is £22,500 per annum, taking into account the location and industry standards.
