Our team consists of experts in quantity surveying, commercial management services, and cost planning software. We seek an experienced Associate Cost Consultant to join our Edinburgh office, supporting project leaders in delivering high-standard service delivery and capturing knowledge across projects.

 

The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and private commercial sector experience. They should possess excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills, as well as being well-organized, diligent, proactive, and commercially astute.

 

The successful candidate will provide accurate cost advice and reporting to our clients, deliver projects, commissions, and professional assignments, and assume a leading role in setting objectives and priorities. They will maintain effective communication, liaise with other managers, and undertake commercial management services with limited supervision.

 

This role offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits packages tailored to reward employees from entry-level to senior executives.
