Autism Development Specialist

About the Role:

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is currently seeking a highly skilled Autism Development Specialist to join our team in Stevenston. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs, particularly those with Autism.

About the Service:

We provide support to individuals with a variety of different needs, including Mental Health issues, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Dementia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To support individuals with Autism in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life
  • To work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care
Requirements:
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Male candidates only
Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment and being able to think on your feet. You will be required to work closely with the individual, their family, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Salary:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
