**Key Responsibilities:

  • Economic forecasting, model specification, and estimation
  • Evaluate macroeconomic and microeconomic trends affecting the construction industry
  • Prepare written reports and presentations for senior management and key clients
  • Development, analysis, and maintenance of corporate datasets and reports
  • Working with economic case/appraisal analysis and techniques applying methodologies set out in the Green Book
  • Supporting the development of new data-driven services, solutions, and products

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience or a sound understanding of programming languages such as STATA, R, E-Views, SAS, or similar statistical platforms
  • Understanding of visual analytics software such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI
  • A strong quantitative background
