UK Residential Property Lawyer Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced UK Residential Property Lawyer to manage residential conveyancing cases independently from instruction to post-completion. This challenging role involves working closely with clients and third parties to ensure successful transaction outcomes.

The Role:
  • Independently manage residential conveyancing cases from instruction to completion.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and third parties via phone, email, and letters in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on UK residential property law and conveyancing processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transaction progress.
  • Contribute to business development by fostering relationships with third parties and attending networking events.
  • Review title registers, client instructions, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Draft and amend relevant legal documents, ensuring adherence to AML regulations.
  • Submit applications to the Land Registry and address requisitions promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing cases.
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients on UK residential property law and conveyancing processes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience in UK residential property law and conveyancing processes.
  • Proven track record of managing a wide variety of residential conveyancing cases.
Salary and Benefits:

£65,000 - £85,000 dependent upon experience, plus holiday pay, pension scheme, and hybrid working options considered after qualifying period
