Job Role:

As a key member of the Anderselite LTD team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will report directly to a Project Manager or Commercial Manager, overseeing all commercial aspects of a project. This role requires strong liaison skills with clients, PQS, and senior staff, as well as the ability to manage and develop other commercial team members.

Duties:

  • Commercial responsibility for the Commercial function within these areas, working closely with the Contracts Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Provide expert commercial guidance and support to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of commercial transactions and agreements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in quantity surveying.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
