Senior Construction Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our award-winning Construction & Property Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Property team in delivering best-in-class, sustainable projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong relevant experience from a commercially focused background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception through to on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property team in delivering the optimum budget for all developments, modernisations, and acquisition of new sites and stores.
- Establish and maintain a set of clearly defined metrics to drive consistency of cost.
- Commercially manage projects from inception through to on-site, working with design teams and project managers to ensure the project is developed in line with the capital investment.
- Support the property leadership team with reporting and preparing documentation for all projects where required.
- Prepare cost plans and budgets for review processes, including associated administration in preparation for project review meetings.
- Develop people through effective supervision, coaching, and mentoring more junior members of the commercial team.
**Salary and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a company car or allowance, bonus, contributory pension scheme, healthcare, life assurance, employee assistance programme, social club, Perks Offers/Discount scheme throughout UK/Ireland.
