About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Graduate Sales scheme. As a Trainee Property Surveyor, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including damp proofing, waterproofing, timber preservation, and wall stabilisation. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to protect their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with experienced surveyors to deliver high-quality customer service and drive business growth
  • Conduct site visits to assess properties and identify potential issues
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to protect properties and prevent structural damage
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive business growth and achieve targets
Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong academic background and excellent communication skills.   • 2.2 BSc/BA in any building/property/business management discipline
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
