Store Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store that exceeds customer expectations
- Take ownership of running duty shifts, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
- Monitor and maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and stock levels
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
