Retail Coffee Store Supervisor

Are you a motivated and results-driven Coffee Retail Manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the coffee retail operations at Jaguar Land Rover.

Key responsibilities include overseeing 3 main Starbucks and Costa Coffee outlets and circa. 4 retail outlets across the site. You will be responsible for driving innovation of coffee and associated products, providing detailed monthly departmental reports, and carrying out regular audits.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous management experience in high street coffee stores or artisan coffee providers. You must be passionate about coffee, operational hands-on, and numerically driven. A good understanding of P&L and sales is desirable.
