Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the implementation and management of the global data privacy program, developing and implementing strategies to minimize the risk of non-compliance with privacy regulations, and driving adherence to account team responsibilities through effective communication and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Global Data Privacy Program: Assist in the implementation and management of the global data privacy program, working closely with the Global Data Privacy Program Lead.
  • Develop and Implement Compliance Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to minimize the risk of non-compliance with privacy regulations, including identifying, tracking, and mitigating data privacy risks.
  • Drive Adherence to Account Team Responsibilities: Drive adherence to account team responsibilities through effective communication and project management, ensuring that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities in relation to data privacy.
  • Support Compliance with Data Protection Laws: Support monitoring compliance with the GDPR, PDPA, DPDP Act, PDPL, and other data protection laws, our data protection policies, awareness-raising, training, and audits.
  • Communicate Effectively: Effectively communicate and provide status against project objectives and success criteria, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of work experience in privacy, legal, compliance, risk management, or audit
  • Knowledge of security and data privacy compliance areas
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with data privacy (risks and regulations)
