Concierge Supervisor

Be part of a brand-new venue from the ground up and take on a challenging role as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Becketwell Arena in Derby.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing strategies to improve the food and beverage offering and customer experience.
• Managing a team of staff to provide excellent service and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Assisting with the development of the business plan and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Providing administrative support, including income reconciliation, stock taking, and accurate stock management.
• Ensuring that all areas are set up for forthcoming events and overseeing the F&B departments to ensure that all elements are in place.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A relevant qualification in hospitality or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local and regional entertainment offers and venues.

The salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including excellent training and development opportunities, a pension scheme, and life insurance.
