About the Role:
">As a seasoned Care Manager, you will lead and motivate a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care in our Extra Care Scheme. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in driving high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
">Responsibilities:
">- Manage day-to-day operations with 24-hour responsibility for resident well-being
- Oversee resource management, including financial performance and occupancy levels
- Support residents in maintaining independence and improving quality of life
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative standards
- Promote equality and diversity within the service
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
">- QCF Level 5 qualification or working towards it
- Experience managing an extra care or supported living service
- Registered CQC manager
- Strong understanding of person-centred care
- Experience assessing resident needs and delivering care that enhances quality of life
