Lead Care Home Manager Job Opportunity

**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Care Leadership candidate to fill the role of Lead Care Home Manager in our North East region. As a key member of our care leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of care home managers and ensuring that our care homes deliver exceptional care services for older people.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of 6 care home managers and their respective care homes
* Develop and implement strategic plans to improve care services and meet regulatory requirements
* Provide coaching and mentoring to home managers to enhance their skills and performance

**Requirements**
* Significant experience in senior care leadership roles, preferably in nursing or residential care for older people
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues

**Salary and Benefits**
* Salary of £60,000 plus car allowance (£600 per calendar month / £7,200 per annum)
* Comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holidays and 8 bank holidays
