Job Title: Cricket Program Director

We are seeking an exceptional cricket professional to lead our highly successful cricket program at Stamford School. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of coaching and developing teams, with a passion for promoting teamwork and collaboration.

About the Role

  • Lead the cricket program across all age groups, providing coaching, training, and fixtures.
  • Contribute to the development of other major sports, including hockey, netball, and rugby.
  • Develop and implement a robust pre-season program to prepare teams for the summer term.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sport & Performance to achieve the school's cricket vision.

Requirements

  • ECB level 3 or worldwide equivalent coaching qualification.
  • Experience in leading and developing sports programs, with a strong track record of success.
  • Ability to promote and foster teamwork, leading and supporting other teachers, coaches, and volunteers.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with a proven track record of engaging and motivating young people.
