We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Financial Controller to join our team at Beam Recruit. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial performance of our business and supporting our strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the financial performance of the company, driving profitability and identifying opportunities for financial improvement.
- Lead a small finance team and work closely with stakeholders to implement financial strategies.
- Develop and maintain financial plans, reports, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Manage cash flow and costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Provide support and problem-solving for all areas of the business, communicating financial information to directors and stakeholders.
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with Xero.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
