About Us:
Akari Care is a professional healthcare organization that provides personalized care to older adults. We are seeking experienced Nurses who can make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
The Role:
We offer competitive salaries starting at £20.00 per hour, along with a welcome bonus of £1,500 (terms and conditions apply). Our employees also receive employer pension contributions of 3%, annual NMC fees paid, and uniform provided.
In addition to these benefits, we provide fully funded training and development opportunities, support with personal development plans, and a recognition scheme for outstanding performance.
What You Will Do:
You will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical and medical care to our residents, leading and mentoring a team to create a warm and inclusive environment. You will also have the opportunity to grow and develop both personally and professionally.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must be a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions. You should have a caring nature, proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and delegate effectively. Good communication and relationship-building skills are also essential.
