Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Futures Housing Group. This role involves maintaining the beauty and safety of our properties, ensuring they remain welcoming for residents.

Key Tasks
- Maintain lawns and shrub beds through regular grass cutting and pruning
- Operate and maintain safely grounds maintenance plant and equipment such as ride-on mowers and hedge trimmers
- Assist with preparing areas for wildflower planting and other landscaping tasks

Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must have previous experience in grounds maintenance, a valid driving license, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. A background in horticulture or a related field is also desirable.
