We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our team in the Gynaecology department at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHSFT. Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a patient-focused gynaecology service, providing confidential advice and assessing patients' needs.
- Act as a patient advocate, supporting informed choices and empowering women to select treatment options.
- Participate in the development of effective care pathways, with evidence-based guidelines and procedures to standardise care delivery.
- Work as a role model to deliver a high standard of care, supporting learners within the environment to develop their knowledge and skills.

- Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
- Nursing Associate Foundation degree qualification.
