An exciting opportunity has opened for a highly skilled Finance Manager at CV-Library, based in the Mid-Kent area. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire finance function and reporting directly to our business Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial projections for future growth.
  • The creation of management accounts and statutory accounts, providing detailed insights into our company's financial performance.
  • The production of monthly balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Managing quarterly VAT returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including HMRC and Companies House, to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Overseeing the finance team, guiding and developing their skills to achieve exceptional results in credit control and other areas.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of previous experience as a Finance Manager, coupled with AAT qualification.
  • Demonstrated advanced Excel knowledge, with a proven ability to drive business success through data analysis and insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with colleagues and external partners.
  • A driving license is essential due to the location.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary, estimated at £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
