We are seeking an Estate Groundskeeper to join our team at ECG Limited in West Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to develop their career in gardening.

The successful candidate will assist in routine garden tasks such as weeding, hedge cutting, planting, pruning, and propagation. They will also help site and maintain plantings around sculpture and assist in the walled kitchen garden.

Our team works together to maintain the estate's grounds, including wildflower areas, woodlands, and greenhouses with orchids, lemon trees, and propagation. The role also involves sharing security duties and dog walking with other staff.

In return for your hard work, you will be provided with a spacious Coach House apartment with a hedged garden, bills, council tax, and Hi-Speed Broadband paid.

Estimated salary: £21,500 - £24,000 per annum

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about gardening and wants to develop their skills and experience.
