About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our team at MORRICE MACFEATE SEARCH & CONSULTANCY LTD T/A MM Search. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all hotels comply with the company's credit policy in terms of granting credit and debt collection.
  • Ensure all hotels are within the 90-day debt targets.
  • Train cashiers on documentation surrounding compliance, including H&S/PSN audit, PAT testing, and emergency lights.
  • Review the hotel forecasts with the GM/RMD weekly to ensure the appropriate level of control has been reflected.
  • Participate in review calls and ensure all cost points are actioned.
