Care Team Member Vacancy

We are looking for a dedicated Care Team Member to join our Primary Care team at HMP Full Sutton. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our patients.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for working in a variety of healthcare settings, including inpatients, clinics, and primary care. This will involve providing compassionate and person-centered care to patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare staff to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and person-centered care to patients in various healthcare settings
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare staff to achieve positive patient outcomes
  • Contribute to and implement care packages to meet individual patient needs
  • Participate in health promotion and wellbeing initiatives

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a healthcare environment - hospital, prison, or within the community
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is up to £28,690 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to bespoke induction training, a competency framework, regional and national career development opportunities, and support from the wider team.
