Job Summary:

Staff Selection UK Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient storage and retrieval of stock in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and store incoming stock in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with team leaders to identify and resolve any potential issues or downtime
  • Load and unload trailers as required
  • Remove excess pallets and non-standard pallets from the warehouse
  • Support the warehouse team with other duties, including factory feeding and cleaning
  • Ensure bales are removed from the warehouse as required
  • Assist with de-boarding OPP pallets and strapping raw materials and work-in-progress
  • Wrap and strap finish goods for despatch
  • Participate in the warehouse cleaning rota and adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

Working Hours:

The successful candidate will be required to work rotational shifts, including:

  • Week 1: 6am - 2pm
  • Week 2: 2pm - 10pm
  • Week 3: 10pm - 6am

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be available to work all of the above shifts and have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
