Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical negligence department, you will be responsible for handling a range of cases, including birth injuries, cosmetic surgery, dental/hospital negligence, medical misdiagnosis, and medical/surgical negligence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Department Director
  • Provide expert advice and representation to clients in clinical negligence cases
  • Manage a caseload of clinical negligence cases, including dealing with correspondence, preparing cases, and attending clients
  • Ensure compliance with file management and implement recommendations made by supervisors
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in clinical negligence and personal injury
  • Valid practicing certificate
  • Proven supervisory experience and working to key performance indicators
  • Excellent client care skills and ability to deal with client matters in a sensitive manner
  • Excellent networking and communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and sound judgment
  • Working knowledge of clinical negligence work and ability to service privately funded cases
