Refrigeration Specialist

As a skilled Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for traveling extensively throughout the region, visiting client sites to install, service, and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. You will be based from our Lowestoft Service Centre, where you will be part of a dynamic team that provides complete temperature control solutions to businesses in the East Anglia region and across the UK.

Key Responsibilities- Installation, Service, and Maintenance of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems.
- Participate in an on-call system to provide 24-hour breakdown cover to our customers.
- Encourage and assist in the development of trainees and junior engineers.
- Complete company documents, including job cards, time sheets, and maintenance reports.
- Provide feedback to company management.
- Deliver a high standard of work.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working on Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration systems.
- City & Guilds or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
- City & Guilds 2079 Refrigerant Handling Certificate.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety.
- Able to work and support team as well as independently.
- Full clean UK Driving Licence.
- Positive 'can do' attitude.
This is a full-time position as an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer that offers a competitive package depending on experience. We have a fair approach to basic wages, generous overtime rates, and increased annual leave entitlement for length of service. Engineers also benefit from a Company van and fuel card, mobile phone, all specialist tools, uniform, and PPE, as well as additional Manufacturer training.
We also provide annual Occupational Health checks and offer winter flu vaccine to all staff.
