Senior Product Manager

As a Contract Senior Product Owner, Digital, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of our product portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development and acceleration of our digital products and solutions, ensuring exceptional value delivery to our customers and robust alignment with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead in-depth analysis of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform and influence product strategy and decision-making.
- Oversee the management of the product backlog, ensuring that development teams remain focused on delivering high-value features based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
- Serve as the primary advocate for end-users, ensuring that their needs and pain points are at the forefront of product design and development.
- Partner closely with development teams during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups to ensure clarity and alignment on goals.
- Foster and lead collaboration between business, design, and development teams to deliver high-quality, innovative products.
- Strategically plan releases, coordinate feature launches, manage stakeholder expectations, and monitor product performance to drive iterative improvements and achieve business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is highly desirable.
- Significant experience in product ownership or a similar senior role in digital product management, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated leadership in working on eCommerce platforms and other complex digital projects.
- Strong ability to excel in both strategic thinking and detailed execution, with a deep understanding of how to balance long-term vision with short-term demands.
- Advanced understanding and application of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is essential, with experience leading agile transformations being a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategic direction.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development, staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to product development and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to balance competing priorities across multiple products and projects, ensuring the delivery of maximum value.
