Interface Recruitment UK seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of Business Development Director for our client’s street works division.

A competitive salary of £65,000 is on offer, along with a car allowance and shares. The ideal candidate will work from home four days per week and spend one day in the office.

About the Role
  • The Business Development Director will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and participating in key meetings with clients as part of the street works product consultancy.
  • This involves utilizing commercial sense and sensitivity to deliver chargeable services and collaborating with customers to ensure comprehensive requirements aligned to business objectives.
  • The role also entails managing time and prioritizing tasks, highlighting issues or exceptions as needed, and assisting in developing products and services that shape the future direction.
  • In addition, the Business Development Director will conduct key user training and provide third-line functional support on escalations.

Key responsibilities include pre-sales and identifying opportunities, job scheduling and task management, solution development, and customer support.

The successful candidate will have a strong IT background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work on different tasks simultaneously. A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role is required.
