Joinery Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Joinery Estimator to join our team at R W Armstrong & Sons Limited. As a Joinery Estimator, you will be responsible for creating and submitting accurate, detailed costings and tender documents for high-end residential joinery projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and submit detailed costings and tender documents for high-end residential joinery projects.
- Provide early identification of any price variations, specification changes, and scope within the quoted allowances.
- Manage quoted allowances throughout the project duration to ensure they are not exceeded.
- Identify and manage changes that may impact the financial performance of the project.
- Produce and submit monthly valuations and manage vesting certificates requests.
- Work with the General Manager to ensure cashflow and P&L forecasts are met.
- Strong knowledge of joinery and construction principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient in Auto Cad and Sketch up.
- Experience in estimating and tendering for joinery projects.
