The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial function for projects under their control, working closely with project teams and reporting to the Commercial Manager for the South West Water Framework.



Key Responsibilities


  • Valuations and change control
  • Compensation events and subcontractor procurement
  • Cash flow forecasts and dispute resolution
  • Final accounts and commercial reporting


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying or commercial management, with a working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts. A background in the water industry is preferred but not essential.
