About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Senior Conceptual Designer to lead our Live and Campaign team. As a senior member of the creative team, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding junior creatives, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic creative concepts, big ideas that can influence all aspects of the design.
- Communicate clearly with the internal team throughout projects.
- Keep the team up-to-date with the latest in technology, design, and industry best practices.
- Communicate ideas through mood imagery and description, honing creative concepts and inspiring others.
- Build out ideas into 3D designs and visuals.
- Work closely with production and technical to ensure timely and budget-friendly implementation.
- Develop inspiring creative presentations and pitches and sell these into clients.
- Understand retail and brand experiences at the highest level.
- Experience taking projects from start to finish, from initial concept to final design.
- High cultural radar with a finger on the pulse across all areas of art, design, music, and culture.
- Commercial understanding, with the skills to generate design concepts for brands that reinforce brand messages and sell specific products.
- Proficient in SketchUp and Vray, with a willingness to learn to the highest standard.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working on complex and varied projects internationally.
- Experience pulling together creative presentations and pitches.
- Solid understanding of build and production and the technical aspects of the design process.
Requirements:
- Highly skilled in conceptual design and creative strategy.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Proficient in industry-standard software and tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
