About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in challenging and complex employment law cases. As an Employment Solicitor, you will have the chance to work with more senior members of the team on intricate matters, while also taking on responsibility for your own caseload and forming and developing client relationships.

You will gain hands-on experience from the outset, with support from senior members of the team and access to a comprehensive training program designed to further your development.

About You

  • NQ-4 years PQE
  • An experienced Legal Executive will be considered
  • Experience in:
  • Providing day-to-day advice to business clients regarding their HR and employment law queries
  • Representing both Claimants and Respondents in Employment Tribunals
  • A clear enthusiasm for employment law and a commitment to securing the best outcomes for clients while working under pressure
  • The ability to manage a varied and challenging workload
  • The ability to work with and mentor paralegals and legal assistants
