As a Registered Manager with Leonard Cheshire, you will be responsible for providing clear direction, management and supervision of a great staff team.
Leading with passion and enthusiasm, you will ensure your service is well run and promotes positive outcomes for disabled people with a flexible and proactive approach.
In addition to the delivery of great care, you will ensure the service is fully compliant regarding health and safety management and fulfill statutory obligations, operating a financially sound service.
You will handle recruitment, on-going training, development and performance needs of your staff, ensuring the achievement of national minimum care standard requirements.
This is a great chance to grow and develop as a member of the Leonard Cheshire team, further enhancing your already successful career as a care professional.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A recognised nursing or social care qualification and registration (as appropriate to the needs of the service).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent as required for registration.
- Substantial experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity in a care environment.
