Catering Services Assistant

Lancashire County Council provides catering services to over 500 schools across Lancashire, serving over 60,000 school meals per day.
">We are looking for committed individuals to join our team as a Catering Services Assistant.
You will work as part of a team in Poulton and surrounding area providing high quality, healthy, balanced meals for school children. Your responsibilities will include preparing the dining area for service, assisting in the preparation, cooking and serving of food and beverages, and cleaning all equipment and catering areas.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
- Good customer care skills
- Previous catering and food preparation experience would be desirable
This is a casual hours role, offered on an 'as and when' basis. The salary for this position is £12 per hour.
