About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Systems Modelling Analyst to join our Infrastructure & Engineering team at Energy Systems Catapult. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our transport decarbonisation activities and contributing to the development of cutting-edge modelling tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyse data to inform our transport decarbonisation activities
  • Support the development and maintenance of our modelling tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and solutions to private and public sector organisations
  • Develop and lead on pieces of modelling and analytical work
  • Interact with external stakeholders to provide insights and inform our transport decarbonisation activities
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with a strong background in STEM and experience in analytical and engineering environments. You will have a demonstrated ability to learn about new areas of technology and their application, as well as the ability to consider implications, anticipate problems, and solve them pragmatically.

You will also have experience with software packages such as Python or MATLAB, and be keen to further develop your analytical and communication skills.
