We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our school as a Year 3 Teacher in Hemel Hempstead. As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for academic success and personal growth in our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that align with the national curriculum, catering to the developmental needs and interests of Year 3 students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to foster a love for learning, develop essential literacy and numeracy skills, and promote critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported.
- Assess student progress through ongoing formative assessment and periodic summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support their academic growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of each child, addressing individual needs and celebrating achievements.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school-wide initiatives, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and contribute to the wider school community.
- Relevant university degree and PGCE or equivalent.
- Experience within UK schools is required for candidates holding an overseas teaching degree.
