Sales and Business Development Role

STEM Learning is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development professional to join our Fundraising Team. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new sales opportunities for our products and services within the UK and internationally.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in an outbound sales role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organisation. You will also have experience of data management and analysis, including its use to support sales planning and reporting.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and securing new sales opportunities for STEM Learning's products and services
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, trusts and multi-academy trusts
  • Managing and analysing sales data to inform sales planning and reporting
  • Working closely with the Fundraising Team to achieve sales targets and objectives

As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be a key member of the Fundraising Team and will play a critical role in helping STEM Learning achieve its full potential.
