About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and domestic duties.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
Requirements:
- 6 months' paid experience in a care setting is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, resilient, and committed approach.
- A driver's licence and access to own vehicle is essential, with business insurance required.
- Good professional and personal references, with a commitment to living locally and adhering to our rota and shifts.
