About the Role

We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team at Bradford Royal Infirmary's Urgent Treatment Centre as Trainee Emergency Nurse Practitioners. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Emergency Department nurses to develop their clinical skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, physios, and specialist teams to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and expand your clinical practice and skills through training and professional development
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes

Person Specification

We are looking for individuals with the following skills and experience:

  • Post-registration experience in a relevant clinical specialty
  • Experience of participating in clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
