Dimensions is seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Market Drayton. This is a rewarding role that will allow you to make a real difference in the lives of two lovely ladies with learning disabilities.

About the Role

This position involves providing a range of support to empower the ladies to live independently. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication administration, as well as encouraging healthy eating habits. You will also support their interests, whether it's caring for their rabbits or having a good laugh, and help them plan and enjoy trips around the UK.

Shift Patterns

The successful candidate will work a variety of shifts, including day shifts and sleep-in shifts. Rotas are provided in advance to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
