As a Manager, Enterprise Payments Product Development, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of payments, driving modernization, and developing new capabilities that power key customer journeys across our global network.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of our Enterprise Payments COE, tasked with driving a multi-year Multi-Rail Payments program to accelerate the development of our enterprise payment services and redesign the operating model surrounding it. You'll collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to bring the product vision to life, translating product strategies and roadmaps into technical capabilities and actionable delivery plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop capability release plans with key stakeholders, e.g., Product Management, Engineering, Operations, business owners, market teams, etc.
  • Participate in the discovery and envisioning of new payment flows and bank integration capabilities.
  • Drive the definition and refinement of capabilities, features, user stories, and associated success criteria.
  • Prioritize and sequence the delivery of payment capabilities within scrums and participate in cross-team delivery planning.
  • Monitor and assess delivery and performance metrics to identify opportunities to improve delivery predictability, time to market, and delivery of iterative value to the business.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Relevant experience: Experience in Product Development, Capability Delivery, agile practices, and scaled product delivery.
  • Payments expertise: Passion for payments and the advancement in technologies driving innovation in the payments ecosystem.
  • Passion for results: Passion to drive execution and deliver results in a dynamic and highly matrixed environment.
  • Delivery track record: Proven ability to drive change, lead adoption of new ways of working, and leverage scaled Agile practices to drive successful product development and delivery.
