Store Services Leader

We're currently seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leading and developing a team of cafe staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing high-performing teams and will be able to build effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous bonus scheme, attractive pension plan, and private healthcare.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Leading and motivating a team of cafe staff to deliver outstanding results
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the store
- Identifying and addressing any operational or technical issues that may impact customer service
