Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced SEMH Mentor to join our team. As a SEMH Mentor, you will work closely with our students to understand their emotional and behavioral needs and develop strategies to support them. This may involve creating a safe and inclusive environment, building strong relationships with students, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective support plans that cater to each student's unique needs
- Build strong relationships with students and their families to ensure consistent support
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and share best practices
- Stay up-to-date with relevant research, policies, and best practices in the field of SEMH and SEND

Requirements:
- Experience in working with children and young adults with complex needs, including SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and other related conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with students and their families
- Passion for working with SEND and commitment to promoting inclusivity and social change
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
