- Provide regular updates to clients via phone and email during the application process
- Respond to client queries in a proactive and timely manner
- Work with the Advised Sales Team to resolve any issues that may prevent a policy from going on risk
- Champion and drive a strong culture of compliance and regulatory principles
- Take responsibility for your own personal development, staying up-to-date with industry changes and sharing knowledge with colleagues
We offer a competitive salary of up to £24,333 per annum, plus a quarterly bonus opportunity. You will also receive paid qualifications, an automatic £1,000 gross annual salary increase upon completion of your Cert CII Qualification, and a range of benefits including an annual wellbeing schedule, clear career progression structure, pension scheme, and more.
