Job Title:
Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and building surveyors on projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on commercial office space, leisure sector projects such as hotels, sports facilities, and high-rise residential developments.
  • Be part of a supportive team of three with opportunities for career advancement.
  • Initially focus on pre-contract work, transitioning to post-contract involvement as projects progress and go on site.

Benefits:
  • A competitive salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
