As an HR Apprentice at Computacenter, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources team in delivering excellent services to employees. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support on various HR matters such as health questionnaires, volunteering requests, and tribunal administration. You will also assist in updating and editing internal staff pages on the company's intranet.

In addition to these tasks, you will participate in HR projects by sharing your ideas and helping to put plans into action. This may involve gathering information, organizing data, and working with others to ensure that the company meets reporting requirements. As part of your role, you will also help to keep policies up to date, easy to find, and properly approved by the relevant personnel.

To succeed in this position, you must have achieved a minimum of 2 GCSEs including both Maths and English Language GCSE grade 4/C or above. Please note that successful applicants will be subject to additional eligibility checks with our training provider, which will include a Maths and English assessment and a review of any previous qualifications held.

We offer a competitive salary of £19,500 per annum, reflecting the value we place on our apprentices. As part of our commitment to employee development, you will be studying towards a Business Administration Level 3 qualification throughout your apprenticeship.
